You may want to bring your own lawn chair, drinks, snacks, etc. There will be some shade with the gazebo and trees, but please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event and it will be hot. Bring what you need to be comfortable and don’t forget the sunscreen!

Our club will be participating as Class A-Portable, with the plan to use 1 HF radio and 1 VHF/UHF radio with phone and Winlink capabilities. Tim will have his solar-powered trailer set up with shade for the stations.

Too hot but still want to participate? You can from home!
The ARRL is still allowing for aggregate scoring to include individual stations that wish for their points to be added to the club. For points to be added to our score, please use the form below when submitting your entries. You will operate under your own call sign and make sure to use “Johnson County Amateur Radio Club” on the form for the club name.
